Subject: 2017/2018 Open Enrollment Corrections

Dear PEBB Members,
Have you checked your benefit elections? If not, now is the time!
There is still time to correct an error if you find one. State employees have until January 31, 2018 to make corrections. Changes are effective February 1, 2018.
University members enrolled in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) have until February 28, 2018 to make corrections. Changes made in February are effective March 1, 2018.
Before the deadline:

*         Login to your PEBB account<https://pebbbenefits.oha.oregon.gov/bms_web/!pb.main> to review your benefit summary and enrollment choices.

*         Send your open enrollment correction form<https://apps.state.or.us/Forms/Served/me107085-00301.pdf> to your payroll or human resources benefit office.

*         Send your FSA correction forms to PEBB. You can mail or fax them<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/PEBB/Pages/Contact_Us.aspx>.
