[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll Professionals,

I have added the following message on ePayroll for every agency.
The Federal and State tax tables for 2018 have been updated effective with the February 1 payday going forward. The Federal tax rates decreased for most tax brackets. The State tax rate changes were minimal. This means that you may see less tax withheld resulting in an increase in the amount of your monthly net pay. If you have questions about the number of exemptions you should claim or the amount of tax you need to have withheld from your paycheck, please consult a tax professional.
This is how it will look when someone logs into ePayroll.  This message will expire on February 15.  If your agency does not want this message then email the OSPS Help Desk and we can remove it.
