[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll professionals,

SEIU has asked the State to pass along the following information regarding dues cancellations.  Please put this information into practice when working with employees who are asking about their member status.


  *   SEIU will notify payroll offices when to start and stop deductions.
  *   SEIU is the "Custodian of Record" and holds record of membership and dues authorization.
  *   SEIU will notify workers of their cancellation window and membership status.
  *   Refer workers with questions about membership status of dues deductions to  msquad at seiu503.org<mailto:msquad at seiu503.org> or 1-844-503-7348 (SEIU).
