[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll professionals,

Please remember that Workday has a date wall of 1/1/2019 for entering in changes which will flow over to OSPA.  If a correction is entered in Workday then payroll staff still need to set a corrective for any closed pay period impacted by the change.  For example there have been Pay Equity appeals being processed that are effective 1/1/2019.

If the corrective is prior to 1/1/2019 then payroll staff will need to follow the prior year adjustment process.

Please work with your HR office for more information if you are having trouble finding change information in Workday.
