OSPS E-News ~ November run 1 pay date reminder

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll professionals,

The pay date for November run 1 is this Friday November 29.  While this is a recognized holiday for most state employees, it is not a banking Holiday.  An employee paid via direct deposit will receive their pay on November 29.  An employee who receives a paper paycheck can submit an early release form to pick up their paycheck on Wednesday November 27 but cannot cash or deposit it until Friday November 29.  All electronic paystubs, paper paychecks and vendor checks will be dated for November 29.

Also all of the OSPS team will be out of the office on Friday November 29 but OSPA will be available from 6am to 6pm.
