[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Hello Payroll Professional,

DAS OSPS is part of a Nationwide payroll group (NASACT) that is comprised of all the other state payroll departments.  Our most recent NASACT conference call discussed the topic of the payroll tax deferral recently created by a Presidential Executive Order.  There have been several questions from multiple states sent to the IRS on this topic.  At this time DAS OSPS is unable to make any system changes regarding this tax deferral, until the IRS provides guidance on how to proceed.
