PEBB 80 Hour Rule:

PEBB has filed a permanent administrative order that enables employees to remain eligible for medical, dental, vision,  and employee basic life insurance for benefit eligible full time and part time employees who do not meet the 80 hours minimum requirement and who are not in a current stability period under the ACA or approved FMLA and other protected leave.  See attached doc for additional information.
