Greetings,

As you may be aware, the Oregon Savings Growth Plan will be sending letters to 24,000 state employees that have not yet enrolled in OSGP, which should likely arrive the week of September 14. See the attached "Existing state employee letter."

In addition, on an ongoing basis, OSGP will be sending new employees the attached "Newhire letter."

Both groups will separately receive a PIN to be able to create an OSGP account.

We ask that you share the letters with your payroll and HR staff, in case any calls or questions go directly to them once the letters arrive.

Also attached are some talking points about the effort that you are welcome to use and share.

PERS Director Kevin Olineck discussed this effort at the most recent Agency Heads meeting, so hopefully every director is already aware.
