[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Good morning Payroll Professionals,

Due to the high number of employees working remotely from home in the state of WA, the number of State Only W-4 exemptions have increased.  We have modified the E370-06-01 Quarterly Income Tax Exemptions Report and E374-06-1 Yearly Income Tax Exemptions Report under Quarterly and Yearly Run Reports to account for this.  The modification includes two separate Federal and State columns indicating if the employee has claimed exempt for either Federal or State or both.   Please use the updated reports as a tool to request new W-4s as 2020 Exempt status expire for both Federal and State on February 15.
