Good afternoon -



There has been discussion over the past couple of weeks about the CHRO's goal to move from two compensation plans (the A and P pay options) to using a calculated plan. As there is a December 1, 2021 COLA scheduled, we set an ambitious goal to implement in advance of the COLA. However, this morning we made the decision to wait on implementation until after Workday Payroll and Time Tracking goes live in mid-2022.
