[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll Professionals,

The OSPA for Beginners training has been revamped to be virtual. The schedule has been posted below.  Enrollment for this training is open and it will close on Tuesday September 14th at 5:00pm . It is required that you attend all of the sessions to receive credit of completion for the course.

1.      September 15th , 10am - 12pm (Day 1): Intro to Payroll & Inquiry Only Screens
2.      September 16th, 10am -12pm (Day 2): Processes - Taxes, Manual Checks, Donated Leave & Garnishments
3.      September 22nd, 1:30pm - 3:30pm  (Day 3): Processes - PEBB Entries, Deceased Employees, New Hires, Separations
4.      September 23rd,  1:30pm - 3:30pm (Day 4): Processes - PERS, Domestic Partner, Intro to Exception Reports, and Understanding the Processing Calendar
