Bring Your Payroll Skills to OYA! Hybrid work available.
The Oregon Youth Authority is currently seeking a payroll analyst wizard to join a small team of professionals to assist in processing payroll services to approximately 1000 employees within OYA. This involves application of agency payroll rules and procedures, including multiple collective bargaining agreements for employees located throughout the state. This position also assists with administration of Public Employee Benefit Board (PEBB) insurance programs, as well as payroll aspects of Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Oregon Family Medical Leave Act (OFLA), and Continuation of Benefits for Injured Workers (CBIW).
*You must be a current employee of the State of Oregon in a permanent or limited duration to be eligible for this position (temporary employees are not eligible). *
