Would you please share this posting?  It is a very unique opportunity for an Accounting Tech 3 Payroll Administrator position that is management service represented.  It is also a very rare opportunity to start a brand new agency, The Department of Early Learning and Care (formerly our Early Learning Division w/Department of Education) and that doesn't come up often.
