[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

I'm sending out this reminder because we have had a number of late submission of Bulk check requests this week. Please be aware that late submissions according to the guidelines below, may mean that you will not have your checks processed until the next day. If this happens, I will let you and your manager know that you've missed the days deadline.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but those timelines are there to guarantee same day processing.


Hello Payroll Professionals,

We've had a number of agencies that are missing the 10am cut off for manual checks. Therefore, as a reminder, for check requests less than 20 please submit before 10:00am, the earlier the better. With over 100 agencies able to submit check request daily, waiting to submit your check request at or after 10:00am will not guarantee same day delivery.

Bulk checks guidelines for same day delivery is different than regular check request deadlines.  Please put them in alphabetical prior to submitting and if possible combined them into one PDF.

The following time guidelines below will help us to insure your checks are processed the same day.


  *   For 21-75 checks, request should be submitted by 9:30 am
  *   76-150 request by 9:00 am
  *   150+ request by 8:30 am
