[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Hello Payroll Professionals,



As we mentioned today the format for the Payroll Standup meetings will be shifting starting next Week on Tuesday April 11, 2023.



Tuesday meetings will be a payroll update where we will provide you with a list of current issues, talking points for issues and various other updates that you can use to communicate internally with employees.  Thursdays will become micro training opportunities that we have scheduled out as detailed below:



Micro Training will take place on:

  *   Thursdays from 2:30 – 3:00 Pm​
  *   Payroll Partners will be able to submit questions in advance of the topic by the Tuesday prior to each Thursday training​
  *   Presentation materials with Q&A submitted in advance will be sent out with the training materials after the presentation ​

  *   April 13 – Pay Input – Everything you need to know about Pay Input (provide topic questions by COB April 11)
  *   April 20 – PEBB – How to make corrections to PEBB benefits​ (provide topic questions by COB April 18)
  *   April 27 – OSGP – How to make corrections to OSGP benefits​ (provide topic questions by COB April 25)
  *   May 4   - Retro Results – How to read Pay Results in a Retro Period ​(provide topic questions by COB May 2)
  *   May 11 – Over Payments – Process Review and Actions needed by Payroll​ ​(provide topic questions by COB May 9)
  *   May 18 – Exception Reports – What reports to run and troubleshooting tips​ ​(provide topic questions by COB May 16)
  *   May 25 – Payroll Processing Day – We will provide a review of the prior trainings​ ​(provide topic questions by COB May 23)
  *   June 1 -   Time Entry – Walk through details around Time Entry​ ​(provide topic questions by COB May 30)

You do not have to wait until the Tuesday before to submit your questions. We will have a better chance of capturing all your questions the sooner you submit them. Feel free to submit multiple forms for the same training topic if you come up with additional questions before the Tuesday deadline.
