[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Hello Payroll Professionals,

Here are the new forms as promised along with some instructions you may find helpful.

Here are basic instruction for the differences in form features using Adobe vs. Browser for filling in these forms.
**There is most likely a way to script these functions so that the online version works the same as the Adobe version, but that scripting is currently above my level of expertise.

This PDF form has features that work best when a downloaded version is filled out in Adobe.
1.            Preparer name or email address must be entered to populate the senders' email for submission. The Fill and Sign signature is not associated with an email address that can populate the senders' email for submission.

2.            The Submit by Email button will automatically attach a copy for the form to the email for submission to OSPS for processing only when form is filled out in a downloaded version.

3.            (For Form 99.23 ONLY) File upload section will only work when using Adobe.

Filling out this form in the Browser?
1.            You will need to print and save copy of the form to attach to the email for submission to OSPS for processing.

2.            (For Form 99.23 ONLY) A copy of the canceled check will need to be attached to the email for submission to OSPS for processing.
