[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Hello Payroll Professionals,

Attached are the instructions for the PEBB Arrears invoicing process.
When you get an invoice from us, you only need to enter the required information and return the completed worksheet by the 20th (or sooner if possible).

This invoice workbook is set up specifically for creating the EIB loading sheets. Other forms for processing arrears will not accepted at this time.

My team will be processing 3000+ employee Arrears in two days. At this time, we will not be able to work outside of the process that has been set up.

We will be talking more about this at the Year-End Payroll Stand up tomorrow from 2:30 to 4pm.
