Title: October CAB Release - Standard Operations Updates



Good afternoon,



Below are some updates made in Workday that were presented to the Change Advisory Board on Sept. 28, 2023, and implemented this week:

*       Updated time entry names for the physicians at Oregon State Hospital (OSH)

*       Updated rates per CBA changes for Tree Feller from $1.25 per hour to $1.50 per day

o   Email sent directly to impacted agencies, ODOT, Forestry and Parks

*       Updated rates for the following earnings:

o   Differential - Pesticide License to $2.75 per hour

o   Shift Differential - SDB = rate change to $5.00

o   Differential - Clinical Oversight of Trainee to 5%

o   Differential - OSH 11-5 to $3.50

o   Differential - OSH 3-11 to $3.70

*       For all SEIU, sick leave now counts as time worked for determining overtime in the week

*       The time entry code Straight Time Accrued made unavailable for all employees except Oregon State Police.

  *   Employees who entered straight time accrued need to remove it and enter time worked to allow Workday to calculate straight time.   *   Please note: The Straight Time Accrued code was only added for employees to use during the crossover week in December of 2022. Straight time eligible employees only need to enter time worked and straight time will be calculated similar to how overtime is calculated.
