Proposal - 
Continue the important work of OTPTF around the Adolescent Sexuality
Conference, the Rational Enquirer and Networking.
 
Allow the executive committee of the board to move OTPTF to a stronger,
more independent, sustainable organization with a vision of OTPTF being
a non-profit entity focusing on teen pregnancy prevention and support
for pregnant and parenting teens with:
·       Paid staff
·       Funding from multiple sources
·       A well-established, independent board of directors
·       Long-range plans for
o      Providing training and technical assistance and resources to
communities throughout the state
o      Advocacy activities

proposal above in the body of the e-mail.
All votes are due by Noon, October 2, 2009.
