[OYAN] OYAN Winter meeting-- TOMORROW at St. Helens

Our winter meeting is tomorrow at St. Helens, from 11am to 3pm. The agenda
is attached.

If attending the meeting in person:

   - Please RSVP to me, Bobbye (bobbyeh at multco.us) and Gretchen (
   gretchenk at ci.st-helens.or.us) so we know how many people to set up for.
   - You are welcome to bring your own lunch. Lunch orders from Big River
   Bistro have closed, but if you ordered a lunch via Gretchen, please bring
   cash to expedite the payment process.
