[PL-Directors] Gates Foundation grants tech support ends December 18th

If you have not yet upgraded your Gates computer(s) to Windows XP and 
installed the updated software provided, we recommend that you undertake 
this soon. The technical support associated with the Gates Foundation 
State Partnership Program grants will be in effect only until December 
18, 2003 and you will want to take advantage of that service while it is 
still available.
