[PL-Directors] 2002-03 Ready to Read Reports

The 2002-03 Ready to Read Reports are due December 1st. You have a variety
of options for submitting the report: fill out the paper copy and mail or
fax, download MS Word document from the OSL Website

And e-mail to me as an attachment, use the web form to submit online. This
form does not need a signature so can be e-mailed or faxed.  Please contact
