[PL-Directors] Plan for Redistributing CDs

The State Library has received 2,263 CDs (over 700 titles) from 
libraries that did not choose to add them to their collections or use 
the sales proceeds to purchase more CDs.  We now are ready to 
redistribute the CDs to public libraries that might want more for their 
collections.  This email describes the plan for redistribution.

On February 15th I will send a message to the Public Library Directors 
list with a link to our website, where we will post the list of 
returned CDs by title and quantity.  Beginning February 15th, you can 
send Sara Belousek a list of up to 50 CDs that you wish to add to your 
library collection.  We will fulfill the "wish lists" on a first-come, 
first-served basis.  We will send the CDs using the Orbis courier or by 
mail at our expense.

The list of CDs will not be available on our website prior to February 
15th.

We ask that you only claim additional CDs if you intend to add them all 
to your collection.

If you are interested in obtaining up to 50 more CDs, I hope you will 
mark your calendar for February 15th and plan to get your list to Sara 
without delay.
