[PL-Directors] Statewide Database Licensing Program: EBSCO Cost Projections for 05-06

Greetings!

Attached are projected costs for the EBSCO Database for 2005-06 for 
public libraries.  Costs depend partly on participation by libraries and 
will be adjusted once the application process is complete. 2005-06 costs 
include an annual 1.7% increase.

The Statewide Database Licensing Program application process will begin 
in May, with applications due in June.  This is earlier than previous 
years, and will accord with the new contract start date of July 1st. 
Invoices will be sent to libraries in July/August and payment will be 
due in early September.

The projected cost tables attached here will be posted soon on the State 
Library Web page (which is in transition). Look for an announcement.
