[PL-Directors] Gates Pre-Conference at PLA

I am pleased to announce that we are nominating Jolyn Wynn, Director of 
the Harney County Library, and Reita Fackerell, Director of the Seaside 
Public Library, to attend the Gates Foundation-sponsored PLA 
preconference, and the PLA Conference, next March in Boston.  Thanks to 
the nine directors of libraries serving populations under 10,000 for 
submitting applications.  Please join me in congratulating Jolyn and 
Reita.  We are grateful to the Gates Foundation for making this
