[PL-Directors] 2005 Public Library Trustee Handbook Available

[Val Vogt]

The Library Development Division of the State Library, using LSTA funds,
contracted with Ruthanne Lidman to update the Handbook for Trustees of
Oregon Public Libraries. The Handbook was originally created in 1998.
Copies of the  new edition  for your board members are available by
