The public library statistics collection for the fiscal year 2011-2012 is winding down and will be finishing very soon on October 1!   If you need a walk-through of the software, please call the number below.

Submission is complete once a library has answered any edit checks and clicked the submit button under a tab on the status menu. If your library should be on this list and isn't, contact me ASAP and we'll walk through those very last steps.  I have checked the surveys still in progress, and clicked the submit button if the survey was ready, then reopened your survey so you can print.

Reminders:
Do not count sign-ups for summer reading or adult reading programs as program attendance for this survey.   Programs intended for a general family audience, such as gaming night, are counted with adult programs.   For any edits comparing funding or services to audio or video counts, leave a note such as "outdated edit".
