[Prepare_OR-ED] Field & Contact Investigation Training--Rescheduled

The Field & Contact Investigation Training scheduled for August 29, 2006
has been rescheduled for November 15, 2006 and will be held at PSOB
Portland State Office Bldg. at 800 NE Oregon Street, Portland, OR 97232.
 The time of the training is  8:00am to 4:30pm.
