[Prepare_OR-ED] New online module "Basic Concepts in Infectious DiseaseEpidemiology" is now available!

Emergency Preparedness training and education courses, materials, and
resources.  A complete listing of available DHS sponsored and supported

Dear NWCPHP Partners & Friends,

 The Northwest Center for Public Health Practice is happy to announce
that
 we've launched a new online course: Basic Concepts in Infectious
Disease
 Epidemiology. Participants who successfully complete this 1-hour
course 
 are
 eligible to receive 1.0 CNE contact hours (1.0 clock hours).

 Please use the following link to access the course description page:
 www.nwcphp.org/infectious.
 The link to launch the course is at the bottom of the course
description
 screen.

 This module is the second in a series of online epidemiology modules.
The
 "Introduction to Public Health Surveillance" course was launched in
April
 2006. Stay tuned for more information about the upcoming "Outbreak
 Investigation" online module.
