[Prepare_OR-ED] Training Survey for Workforce Development 2008

Dear Reader,

We have found ourselves puzzling over some issues.   We're hoping you
can help us find a solution!  We are in the planning stages for our next
conference we hold in conjunction with the Northwest Center for Public
Health Practice, University of Washington. 

We need you to help us put the pieces together on a name for this
meeting, the topics you would like included, and the location that is
most convenient for you.It will take less take less than 4 minutes of
your time to help us solve this puzzle. Please lend us and ear and
complete the linked survey.  We wish we could give you a pile of money 
for helping us out, but this is after all public health. Please
contribute your ideas, fill in the survey TODAY ! ! ! We need your
response by close of business June 30th.
