[R2R-OR] Q and A: how specific do I need to be on the budget?

Hi!  I just receive the following excellent question and thought you all may want to know the answer.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

Question:
Katie,
Just a quick question to make sure I get this correctly. On the budget pages--under the column entitled List things you will need
to Implement...  Should I just list the type of items that I plan to purchase?  In the case of Early Literary under Library Materials--do I just say books, Dvd's etc.

Answer:
YES, just list the type of item you plan to purchase!

Example:



List things you will need to implement your Ready to Read Grant Project

Amount of Ready to Read funds used to pay for this

Amount of Library Budget used to pay for this

Amount of other sources used to pay for this
