participants (slots, etc.). Much of our library use is not dependent on possession of a library card (programs, for instance). I did not want to limit our numbers to only registered users… so I included the entire service population (which is pretty big

available to families and how those supports are shared with families.” The results will help the Early Learning Council develop “an integrated and aligned system for the delivery of early learning services so that children across the state enter kindergarten
ready to learn.”</span></font></p>
