for their library's future. Project Outcome is free for public libraries until at least 2017 (maybe longer!) and also gives public libraries free access to Impact Survey.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Project Outcome evaluates four desired outcomes across seven types of library services and programs. The four outcomes evaluated are patrons’ changes in 1) knowledge, 2) skills, 3) behavior, and 4) attitude
