<p class="MsoNormal">The Oregon College Savings Plan has been honored to be part of the Summer Reading program in Oregon’s libraries over the last few years. The work the libraries do to engage their communities and help get children excited about reading
is incredible. Unfortunately, the Oregon College Savings Plan will not be able to financially support program activities this coming summer, including the
<a href="http://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/Pages/youthsvcs/summerreading/sweepstakes.aspx">
Oregon Summer Reading Sweepstakes</a> and funding performers for libraries serving communities of 10,000 or fewer. As with many agencies around the state, the Oregon College Savings Plan is dealing with a reduced budget for the coming year. We hope to work
with Summer Reading again in the future.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The State Library of Oregon thanks the Oregon College Savings Plan for their sponsorship and support of Summer Reading activities in Oregon’s public libraries since 2011. This sponsorship has added value to many libraries’ activities. We
look forward to working with the Oregon College Savings Plan again in the future when funding becomes available.
