Hi Darci,

Bobbye Hernandez and I, the co-chairs of REFORMA Oregon, spoke earlier
today and discussed the rubric and the other asks from your inquiry.

We appreciate you including us in the conversation regarding the rubric and
have below our recommendations.


   - never attended REFORMA National, 1 point- *recommend amending due to
   the fact that while this is RNC VII, Six was cancelled and Five was over 6
   years. *
   - performing engagement activities with Latinx or Spanish-speaking
   patrons, 2 points
   - unemployed, 1 point
   - support staff, 1 point
   - staff from libraries with 2 or less staff members, 1 point

We also recommend adding
- *Point person or only person delivering language or cultural service to
Latinx and Spanish speaking community in your library system or library
location, 1 point *

We are still thinking through your request regarding support for possible
technology needs for those attending. We will check in with some colleagues
and get back to you regarding this matter.
