As part of our charge, the committee will create a biannual publication of trends to serve as a resource for librarians to learn about successful programs/projects to replicate and serve their communities. This form serves as a tool to collect data for purposes of inclusion in the biannual publication.

It should take about 10 minutes or less to complete. Please consider sharing as much as you like that we can include in the publication and share with REFORMA and librarians.
