Subject: New Funding Opportunity: PLA 2022 Professional Development Award

Hi Kristen Curé,

I am writing because you attend our both at the Reforma Conference. My name is Stefania, and I am an Engagement Specialist for Spanish-speaking Communities with the Network of the National Library of Medicine's All of Us Community Engagement Center. The Network of the National Library of Medicine (NNLM) would like to invite library staff to apply for the PLA 2022 Professional Development Award<https://allofus.nnlm.gov/pla-2022-professional-development-awards> to attend the Public Library Association (PLA) Conference from March 23-25th. Funding is available to attend the in-person conference taking place in Portland, Oregon, or the virtual PLA Conference. Please note that awardees will be limited to one per library system, and individuals who have already registered for the conference are still eligible to apply.

The PLA 2022 Professional Development Award will not only be an opportunity for public library staff to receive funding to attend the PLA Conference but also to participate in an interactive discussion with other public libraries and NNLM staff around topics of health and wellness programming and needs in your community.

Please visit our website to learn more about the PLA 2022 Professional Development award<https://allofus.nnlm.gov/pla-2022-professional-development-awards> and share it with the Association if possible; several Reforma members may be eligible to apply. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

And if you want to receive more training, funding and resources I invite you to subscribe to our Newsletter

Kind regards,
