I am excited to share that Hillsboro Library is recruiting for a Library Supervisor to lead our newly formed Access work group, which includes cataloging, acquisitions, and collection development. This key position will lead the Hillsboro Public Library's Access work group to provide responsive collections with our patron-focused philosophy in mind. You will utilize data and community information to review, evaluate, and coordinate process improvements to ensure that our collections meet community desires and needs.
