Bethel Branch Librarian 2 / Supervisor:
This position supervises the Bethel Branch library and staff that work there. Bethel Branch's priorities are early literacy, outreach, and serving our Spanish-speaking community in Bethel, while also meeting the full range of needs of the community, working with all ages all day every day. The Bethel Branch is a tiny branch with a big heart and a small but very dedicated team who loves building relationships and creating engagement opportunities for the community. We get creative with our small space to meet the needs in our community, work to meet people where they are, and create a welcoming environment. This position is responsible for building relationships with the school district and community partners to support early literacy in English and Spanish. Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desirable.
