Please see the attachment for information related to the Department of Revenue's rulemaking activity, including an upcoming public comment period from May 1-22, 2018. A public hearing is scheduled May 22, 2018, 9:00 am for administrative rulemaking related to Corporate Tax, Property Tax, Statewide Transit Tax, and Transportation Taxes (vehicle privilege and use tax, bicycle excise tax). Copies of the draft rules and hearing notices are available on Revenue's website beginning May 1, 2018. Please forward as you deem appropriate. Thank you.
