Wednesday, March 15, 2017 is the Oregon due date for 2016 calendar year partnership returns. S corporation Oregon returns are due the 15th day
of the month following the federal due date. For a calendar year S corporation, the Oregon return is due by April 17, 2017.
Oregon Partnership returns. Calendar year partnerships, including
electing large partnerships must file their 2016 returns, and provide each partner with a copy of Schedule K-1, by March 15, 2017, or else file for an automatic 6-month extension on Form 7004. Please note, this extension form is filed with IRS, not the department.
Attach it to your return when it’s filed.
Oregon S corporation returns. Calendar year S corporations must file
