The Department of Revenue recently adopted a temporary administrative rule (OAR 150-305-0085) pertaining to the new Financial Institution Data Match program.

The department’s temporary rule filing, along with a copy of the rule was published in the July 2018 Oregon Bulletin. A copy of the temporary rule and the filing is attached to this email and is posted on the department’s website at: http://www.oregon.gov/DOR/about/Pages/rules.aspx.
