<p class="MsoNormal">The Department of Revenue recently adopted a temporary administrative rule (OAR 150-317-0652) pertaining to a tax modification for listed jurisdiction amounts previously included in income. The rule allows taxpayers to make an election
in lieu of claiming the repatriation tax credit established in SB 1529 (2018).<o:p></o:p></p>
