<div><font face="Courier New">The Oregon Department of Revenue, in conjunction with the Oregon Film and Video Office, will be auctioning 28,000 income tax credit certificates, worth $500 each for a total of $14 million dollars. The sale of the tax credits
will benefit the Oregon Production Investment Fund (OPIF). The minimum bid has decreased this year to <b>$4</b><b>50</b> per certificate. The on-line auction will be held Monday September 30, 2019 at 9 a.m. and ends Friday October 4, 2019 at 5 p.m. </font></div>
