[RPS-Oregon] OR RPS 2010 rules - Mt #4, Fri, 10/1, 9 am to 3 pm - in PORTLAND - Agenda attached

The Advisory Committee for the Oregon RPS 2010 Rulemaking will meet on Friday, October 1, 2010 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Please note the extended time and that we will meet in Portland.

The agenda will focus on: 1) allocation of electricity for multi-fuel and post-1994 upgrades; 2) bundled REC requirements; 3) 'stranded' generation; and 4) other concerns raised by committee members and other stakeholders.

The meeting will be held at ODOT's Portland offices. Please see the attached agenda for details.

This agenda and materials from meeting #3 will be added to the RPS 2010 Rulemaking webpage (link below) in the next few days.
