A request has been made to change the way the following D10 Comptroller Objects are coded on R*Stars. 

5170 Motor Vehicles >=$5K

5175 Assembly/Motor Vehicles >=$5K

Currently these objects look to the D09 Comptroller Source Group 5900 Other Capital Outlay on R*Stars and this aligns with the ORBITS Account 5900 Other Capital Outlay.  A request has been made to change the D09 Comptroller Source Group to 5400 Automotive & Aircraft (ORBITS Account 5400 Automotive & Aircraft).  If this change is made not only will it change the way your accounting transactions are posted on R*Stars but it will also change how your Actuals are loaded to ORBITS for the 2021-23 Budget Prep cycle (I know that is a LONG time from now!).  Pleases take a few minutes to review how this change might impact your agency and let us know if you have any concerns.
