As a result of vacancy tracking requirements in the 2017-19 biennium the Permanent Finance Plan form has been updated to include a section to mark on the plan for positions that
are vacant. The new form includes the designation for “vacant” positions in column C under the heading “X if Vacant.” The form is both attached and available on the SABRS website under the “Execution” section at http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/pages/SABRS.aspx
Please use this new updated form for all Permanent Finance Plan submissions from this point forward making sure to mark the vacant section for all positions on the plan. SABRS
will coordinate with agencies where plans have already been submitted to gather and compile the vacancy status of positions on those plans.
