Just a reminder that it’s time to submit your 3nd Quarter Allotment plans for the 2017-19 biennium. Please submit your plans to
ORBITS.help@oregon.gov by Monday, December 11. With the upcoming holidays this will give us time to get all plans processed,
approved by your CFO Analyst and released by December 29th.
Reminder: Per ORS 293.190 all appropriations and limitations for
the 2017 biennium will be canceled on December 31st,. Due to this statute all appropriation numbers on the R*Stars 20 Appropriation Profile, with the exception of Capital Construction Appropriations, will be inactivated during the December 29th
R*Stars batch cycle. Please work with your accounting staff to make sure all expenditure transactions are processed prior to that time. SABRS will not be reactivating appropriations after the December 29th date.
As you get ready to submit your allotment plan please remember the following:

The “Allot to Date” field equals the Balance Type 23 Allotment.
Ø
The “Biennial Total” equals Balance Type 01 Original Appropriation plus Balance Type 02 Revisions.

The “Total Allotment” as represented in the formula in column G under your 1st Year Subtotal includes your 1st quarter Actuals amount plus your 2nd and 3rd
quarter Estimate amounts.
