Hi everyone, 

Since many of you are just coming back from a holiday weekend, I
thought it would be a good idea to send a reminder of our first official
presentation tonight at 5:30pm in the Public Service Building - more
info below.  

We are not planning any refreshments for this first meeting.  If you
know of any businesses that would like to sponsor refreshments, please
let me know and we will work on that for future meetings.  In the
meantime, bring food and drink if you will need it.
