[SJUG] February topics

We have a potential speaker for February who is an
Eclipse plugin developer.  He previously gave a talk
at the Portland users group on Eclipse Rich Ajax
Platform (http://www.pjug.org/docs/RAP.pdf), but is
interested in presenting other Eclipse topics as well.
 Possible topics could be:
- Eclipse RAP (rich ajax platform)
- Eclipse RCP (rich client platform) 
- Effective Eclipse Usage
